James E. Carnicelli, President and founder of
CARNELL, is a Civil Engineer with a Masters Degree. Jim has over 45 years of
engineering consulting experience. In 1969, Jim started
CARNELL
Associates, a building inspection firm. Jim is Vice President of The
Westchester County Board of Health and a member of The American Society of
Home
Inspectors.

James E. Carnicelli is a Vice President of the
Westchester Board of Health, past President of Westchester/Hudson Valley
Leukemia Society of America, and past President of the Metropolitan Chapter
of
The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is also past National
Secretary to the American Society of Home Inspectors.
He teaches Energy Efficiencies and New York State Energy Codes
(licensed by the State), and Construction for the Westchester and Long Island
Board of Realtors. He also gives courses in engineering, construction
management and energy efficiencies to various groups and societies. He is
certified as a New York State qualified instructor for Realty Boards for
Engineering, Energy, and CE (Continued Education) courses for both
construction
and environmental issues. When away from the office Jim enjoys his family
and
boating. He is also a New York State licensed Home Inspector - lic #
16000010529.

Michael V. Carnicelli is CARNELL's Vice President and
Director of Environmental Services. Michael has over 15 years of
environmental
experience. He is currently perusing a Masters of Public Health in
Environmental and Occupational Health. When not in the office, Michael
enjoys
spending time with his family and a good game of golf.

Sig Wohl is an Architect. He has been
performing home inspections for over 18 years and has been associated with
CARNELL since 1991. When not performing home inspections, Sig enjoys
competing
in triathlons and antiquing. Sig is a licensed New York State home inspector

Tom
Comella is a Mechanical Engineer with over 21 years of experience. He
has
been performing home inspections for over 19 years and joined the CARNELL
Team
in 1996. Tom is a licensed New York State home inspection - lic #

a licensed Connecticut home inspector - lic # 351 and a licensed New Jersey
home inspector - lic # 24GI00052900.
Ted von Briesen is an Electrical Engineer with over 35 years
of engineering experience. Ted has been with the CARNELL Team since 1997 as
both a home inspector and EPA Certified Lead Paint Inspector. When not doing
inspections, Ted enjoys renovating his home and serving on the Board of
Directors for the Theodore Roosevelt Audubon Center. Ted is a licensed New
York State home inspector - lic # 16000009450.
Steve Boersma is a Professional Engineer with over 25 years
of engineering experience. He has been performing home inspections for over

years. Steve joined the CARNELL Team in 1997. Steve is a licensed New York

Ben Rozenblat is a Professional Engineer with over 25 years
of engineering experience. He has been performing home inspections for over

years. Ben became part of the inspection team in 1998. Ben enjoys spending
his free time golfing and sailing. Ben is a licensed New York State home

John Coppola is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of
engineering experience. John joined the CARNELL team in 2003 as a
Consultant.
Away from the office John enjoys acting, directing, and playing the trombone.
Rick Haber is a Registered Architect. He has been performing
home inspections for over 16 years and joined the CARNELL team in 2005. Rick
enjoys spending his free time hiking and collecting model trains. Rick is a
licensed New York State home inspector - lic # 16000006939 and a licensed
Connecticut home inspector - lic # 496.

 Paul Scorzelli and Mike Fescoe are CARNELL's
environmental technicians. Paul has been with CARNELL since 1997 and Michael
joined in 2000. Together they handle all of CARNELL's environmental testing.
CARNELL's experienced environmental technicians recognized the need to keep
up
with the complex and changing environmental regulations to protect our
clients
and handle all their needs.

Maria Abbamont has been Jim's Assistant and Office Manager
since 1994.
She has a Masters in Business Administration from Manhattan College. Outside
the office Maria enjoys spending time with her family, day trips and
baseball.
Donna Caixerio has been with CARNELL since 1985 and is the
Scheduling Team's Director. Away from the office Donna enjoys spending time
at
the beach or at a good tag sale.
 Laura Tyler and Pat
Actis-Grande are CARNELL's
Scheduling
Team. Pat joined CARNELL in 1990 and Laura came aboard in 2002. Pat enjoys
spending her time off antiquing. During Laura's time off, she enjoys reading
and
doing crossword puzzles.
Cheryl Charles and Eileen Tompkins are CARNELL's Report
Processing Team. Cheryl is the head of the department and joined CARNELL in
1986. Eileen has been with CARNELL since 1984. While away from the office,
Cheryl enjoys traveling and Eileen enjoys time with her family.
